One of the sites most favored by the House of Fun is the home of Monkey Business -- based on the series of books by J. Otto Seibold and Vivian Walsh for cool children and cooler adults. Everyone loves a monkey!! And in a similar vein, check out Rodney Greenblatt's Center for Advanced Whimsy -- Rodney is an illustrator who's children's books we also love. He also is an artist who's created all kinds of stuff (we've had his dish set for ages) and he's the creator of Parappa the Rapper.

When we work, quite often our radios are set to 91.1, WFMU, a wacky little freeform station out of New Jersey. Luckily for those of you not in the New York City area, they're on satellite, and on the web in RealAudio.
A sad truth -- while we work in television, we rarely actually watch it. What we do watch: a lot of movies on TCM and AMC; rasslin'; and our favorite must-watch show, Abarenbo Shogun. It's a show that's been running since the early 80s which is an action-adventure (fictionalized) account of the 18th century Shogun Tokugawa Yoshimune, who is portrayed as a sort of samurai Scarlet Pimpernel. One of our favorite things is Spy Culture. Starting with James Bond and going from there to Modesty Blaise, Derek Flint, the Avengers, and on and on...
