Out Now: Mad, Nickelodeon, SGCTC Vol 3
Sarah and I contributed three spot illos to the November issue of Nickelodeon Magazine (#116). The artcile is a play for kids to act out, taking turns as Superman, Batman, Spider-Man, Storm, the Human Torch, Sue Storm and Alfred having Thanksgiving dinner in the Bat-Cave. Other contributors from comic-land include Eric Shanower, Tim Truman, Johnny Ryan, Pat Moriarty, Rick Altergott, Mark Martin, Jay Stephens, Mark Zingarelli and Bill Wray.
The most recent issue of Mad (#459, featuring a King Kong cover), contains a two-page article entitled "Mad's All-Inclusive Do-It-Yourself Reality Show Press Release", illustrated by me and written by Mad vet Frank Jacobs. Other contributors include Keith Knight, Ruben Bolling, and Rick Geary along with Mad regulars Drew Friedman Peter Kuper and Bill Wray.
The third volume of Space Ghost Coast to Coast has been released on DVD, featuring a number of epsiodes written by Sarah and I: Anniversary, Pilot(featuring an early, non-lawyer Harvey Birdman), Hipster, Telethon and Zorak (including the longer, alternate ending). This came out a while ago but we've been out of the loop.
