House of Fun – “HOF Circle 5th Anniversary Halloween Greeting Contest”

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Overview

The HOF Circle 5th Anniversary Halloween Greeting Contest (the "Contest") is a skill-based contest run by Playtika UK – House of Fun Limited ("Sponsor"). Eligible participants ("Entrants") are invited to post a creative Halloween greeting in the HOF Circle Facebook group (the "Group") for a chance to win one (1) of five (5) pairs of invitations to a special House of Fun event in Dallas, Texas on October 23, 2026 (the "Event").

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and are members of the Group. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor may verify eligibility at any time.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on October 1, 2026 at 7:00 AM Central Time and ends on October 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the "Contest Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to Enter

During the Contest Period, post one (1) original Halloween greeting (text, image or short video) in the Group under the designated Contest post. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate entries or automated entries may be disqualified.

5. Entry Requirements

Each entry must: (a) be the Entrant's own original work; (b) not show, name or refer to any person other than the Entrant. Entries that include any other person, including children, family members or friends, will be disqualified; (c) not infringe any third party's rights, including copyright, trademark or privacy; (d) not be unlawful, offensive, obscene, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate, as Sponsor decides in its sole discretion; and (e) not promote any other product or service. Sponsor may remove or disqualify any non-compliant entry.

6. Voluntary Public Posting

Entrants post their greeting voluntarily. Entrants understand that the Group is visible to other Group members and that Sponsor does not control who views, saves or shares content posted there. Entrants should not include personal information (such as address, phone number or email) in their entry.

7. Judging and Winner Selection

On or about October 9, 2026, Sponsor or its designated judges will review all eligible entries and select five (5) winners based on: Creativity (40%), Originality (30%) and Connection to the House of Fun game (30%). In the event of a tie, the entry with the higher Creativity score wins. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

8. Prize

Five (5) winners will each receive two (2) invitations to the Event (one for the winner and one for a guest). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): USD $200 per prize. Total ARV: USD $1,000.

The prize covers entry to the Event only. It does not include travel, flights, ground transportation, hotel or other accommodation, meals, parking, insurance, or any other cost. All such costs are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest. Winners must be able to attend the Event in Dallas, Texas on October 23, 2026 at their own expense.

The guest must be 21 years of age or older and may be required to sign a release before attending. Invitations are non-transferable, may not be sold or exchanged, and have no cash value. No substitution or cash equivalent will be provided, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion, including if the Event is cancelled, postponed or changed for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for any costs a winner incurs if the Event is cancelled or changed.

9. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified via Facebook Messenger on or about October 9, 2026. A potential winner must respond within three (3) days and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and provide identification. If a potential winner does not respond in time, declines the prize, cannot attend the Event, or is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

10. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.

11. Taxes

Each winner is solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes on their prize.

12. Content Licence

By entering, each Entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, copy, edit, adapt, publish, display and distribute their entry, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for the Contest and for Sponsor's marketing, promotional and business purposes, without further compensation. Sponsor has no obligation to use any entry.

13. Publicity

By entering, and except where prohibited by law, each Entrant consents to Sponsor and its affiliates using the Entrant's name, Group username, likeness, voice, image, city and state of residence, and statements about the Contest, for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes, in any media, worldwide, without notice, review or further compensation. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity, including photos or videos at the Event, and agree that Sponsor may use such materials in the same way.

14. Liability and Release

By participating, each Entrant (and, by attending, each guest) releases Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from any claim, injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Contest, or from acceptance, use or inability to use the prize, including attendance at or travel to the Event. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical failures, lost or late entries, or errors of any kind. Entrants may not recover punitive, incidental or consequential damages.

15. General

Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta or Facebook. Entrants release Meta from all liability. Information is provided to Sponsor, not to Meta.

16. Data and Privacy

Personal data collected in connection with the Contest will be used for Contest administration in line with Sponsor's Privacy Notice: https://www.playtika.com/privacy-notice/ .

17. Disputes

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
