NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. OVERVIEW : The House of Fun $1,000 Gift Card Sweepstakes (Sweepstakes) consists of thirty (30) separate daily drawings. You may only enter into each daily drawing one (1) time. Entry into each daily drawing is separate. Entry into one daily drawing is not entry into any other daily drawing.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Canada (excluding the Province of Qubec), who are 21 years of age or older (Entrant(s)). Employees and the immediate families of Playtika UK-House of Fun Ltd. (Sponsor), Brandmovers, Inc., d/b/a The A Team (Administrator), and each of their respective employees, representatives, franchisees, parents, retailers, distributors, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising agencies, and persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and all facts at any time, and Entrants agree to cooperate in any verification process/request.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 11:00:01 am Eastern Time (ET) on 11/01/2024 and ends at 10:59:59 pm ET on 11/30/2024 (the Sweepstakes Period). See entry periods for Daily Drawings in Rule 5 below.

4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, log into your free House of Fun account (Account) at https://www.houseoffun.com (Website) or via the free House of Fun mobile game app (the App). Once you are logged into your Account you will automatically receive one (1) entry. If you do not already have an Account, follow the instructions at the Website or in the App to create your Account. IMPORTANT: Accessing the Website or App as a Guest will not provide you entry into the Sweepstakes. You must log into the Website or App using your free Account to obtain an entry. If you didnt receive the confirmation email to create your Account, please contact rick@playtika.com. Limit of one (1) entry per person/Account per Daily Drawing (see chart in Rule 5 below).

Any attempt to enter more than once during the entry period for any Daily Drawing (see Rule 5 below) by any means, including, but not limited to, use of multiple identities, email addresses, Accounts, or other means, may result in disqualification from this and any other promotional offerings by Sponsor. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, incorrect entries or other sweepstakes materials, all of which are void, or for errors due to computer malfunctions, software errors, transmission problems or interruptions in operations.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address associated with the Account associated with the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

5. WINNER SELECTION / NOTIFICATION: A series of Thirty (30) daily drawings (Daily Drawings) will be held, one for each day during the Sweepstakes Period per the chart below. The drawing for each day will be held from among all entries received during the relevant daily entry period per the chart below. Entry into each Daily Drawing is separate. Entry into one Daily Drawing is not entry into any other Daily Drawing. Each Entry Period begins at 11:00:01 a.m. ET and ends at 10:59:59 p.m. ET on the applicable Entry Date stated in the chart below.

Beginning on/about November 3, 2024, a random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator to select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received for each Day during the Sweepstakes Period (Daily Drawings). Each Daily Drawing will be conducted within approximately 48 hours from the end of each given Days Entry Period; provided that any Drawing Date falling on a weekend or holiday will be conducted on the next business day. Entrants irrevocably agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.

Each potential winner will be notified from rick@playtika.com after the relevant drawing using the email address associated with their Account. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Failure to respond to any winner notification within five (5) days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Any winners, as a condition to receiving any prize, may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release or similar document and complete, sign, and submit to Sponsor or Administrator an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent form with all required information within five (5) days of notification to winner of his/her prize eligibility. If a potential winner fails to comply with Sponsors requests for documents, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified and prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.

6. PRIZES: There are a total of Thirty (30) prizes available, one (1) for each daily drawing A USD $1,000 Amazon gift card. ARV: USD $1,000.00. Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: USD $30,000.00.

Amazon is not a sponsor of or in any way affiliated with the Sweepstakes. Amazon.com Gift Cards are subject to all Amazon Gift Card terms and conditions available at Amazon.com . Sponsor not responsible for lost, misdirected, damaged, stolen and misused gift cards. Winners are solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs with acceptance or use of any prize. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Winners are solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs with acceptance or use of any prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the actual value of any prize and the approximate retail value set forth in these official rules may not be claimed and will not be awarded.

7. ODDS: Odds of winning in each Daily Drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received for that Daily Drawing.

8. MISCELLANEOUS: Sponsor is not responsible for any (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (b) telephone, computer, mobile device, hardware, software, programming or network malfunction or other technical failures or errors, or the failure to properly process entries; (c) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including but not limited to disruption related to internet traffic, wireless networks, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; or (d) damage caused by a computer or mobile device related virus or otherwise resulting to any computer or mobile device from such persons participation in the Sweepstakes whether human, mechanical or electronic. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other unintended circumstances have impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will post a notice on https://www.houseoffun.com/sweep-t-c/ and, to the extent possible, winner(s) will be selected from among all eligible entries unaffected by any error that were received as of the termination date. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage will be disqualified. Entries that contain errors or are incomplete or received after the relevant entry period, will not be accepted.

9. Release of Liability: By participating, each Entrant releases Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all other associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes (Sweepstakes Entities) from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and each entrant agrees that the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Sweepstakes and/or the awarding of any prize except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. By participating, each Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Official Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of Nevada, and entrant expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys fees where required by statute.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT, OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD ANY SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS FEES AND OTHER ASSOCIATES LEGAL COSTS) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT, OR OTHER PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SEEKING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

10. DATA: Any information Entrant submits is subject to Sponsors privacy policy located at https://www.playtika.com/privacy-notice/ . Entrants acknowledge and agree that by participating in the Sweepstakes and providing any personal information, subject to applicable law, Sponsor and Administrator may collect and use such personal information provided for the purposes of conducting the Sweepstakes and as otherwise permitted in Sponsors referenced privacy policy.

For residents of Canada: Personally identifiable information you submit in connection with the Sweepstakes will be collected, used, and disclosed only for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, as you otherwise expressly consent, or as required by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to such collection, use, and disclosure.

11. WINNER LIST: For a list of the winners, enquirers should send an email to rick@playtika.com with the subject line House of Fun $1,000 Gift Card Sweepstakes Winner List prior to 12/31/2024.

14. FOR RESIDENTS OF CANADA: Any winner from Canada must answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, to be administered by telephone at a time specified by Sponsor. Failure to answer skill-testing question correctly in the time provided will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, at Sponsors sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate or necessary to comply with applicable law.
